During this time of seeking shelter, we have an opportunity to get to know ourselves on a more intimidate level. The business and hustle and bustle of life has slowed down, which creates an opportunity for us to slow down and be on our own self-retreat.
One of the ways we can check-in and connect to self is by observing our relationship to food. While we eat (multiple times of day), we can notice our thoughts/emotions/sensations so that we can heighten our level of awareness and make wise choices for our health and wellbeing.
